At Small World Coffee, we want you to love every brew and accessory. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return most items within 30 days for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring that coffee beans are unopened and merchandise is in new condition.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
